Montage Group works on a wide range of projects, from affordable to high-end kitchens, commercial fit-outs, wardrobes, laundries, reception desks, and other custom cabinetry.

We are looking for an experienced joiner / cabinetmaker to join our team. This role may involve helping with deliveries on the odd occasion (driving a manual truck, loading & unloading) We do have a dedicated delivery team, but you may be required to assist for larger deliveries or when staff are away.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure staff work to the production schedule, supervise staff to ensure production deadlines are met
• Ensure quality expectations are met
• Ensure health and safety protocols are followed.
• Work as a joiner in the factory, assembling kitchens/cabinetry alongside other joiners
• Occasionally helping with deliveries when required

What We’re Looking For:

• Experienced Joiner / Cabinet Maker
• A strong work ethic, team player and a proactive attitude
• Good communication and time management skills
• At least one year of experience in a similar role.
• Good knowledge of workplace safety and operational best practices.
• The ability to manage time effectively and work under pressure.
• Willingness to work extra hours if required.
• Be reliable, punctual and able to work with minimal supervision
• A valid driver’s license.
• Be physically fit and able to lift heavy items
• Applicants must have NZ Residency
